NEXT EVENT DATE: 28th + 29th October 2020

Restrictions of COVID19 have forced the cancellation of the Royal Hobart Wine Show for 2020.

The Royal Agricultural Society of Tasmania (RAST) has decided to proceed with a scaled back version of the Show to be held on 28th and 29th October, 2020.

It’s the Society’s way of giving back something to the hard hit wine industry during the current recession and recognising that the industry has been going through a difficult time with the closure of restaurants and cellar door sales. We’ve worked to promote the industry for many decades, and mounting a wine show in this environment is our way of showing support for Tasmanian vineyards and wine makers from all over the country. The modified show will be restricted to a limited number of classes.

Entry will be free and entrants will need only provide four bottles of wine for judging purposes.

The revised Schedule will be uploaded onto our website during the week commencing MON 20th July, and entries will be open FRI 24th July.

Looking forward to receiving your entries.
