The Chair of Judges will be John Ellis. John is the CEO of Hanging Rock in the Macedon Ranges of Victoria, a senior judge of wine, SJW. He has judged in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Rutherglen, Cowra and many other wine shows. This is his fourth year as chief judge at the RAST Wine Show.
The international judge for 2011 will be John Avery, MW. John’s expertise in the wines of Burgundy is widely acknowledged. He has been Chair of Judges at wine shows in Europe, America and Asia and has been a guest international judge at wine shows in Perth, Melbourne, Canberra and Hobart.
Judging will take place over the five day period 12 – 16 Nov.
To ensure a fair and equitable assessment is made entries are divided into 6 sections
