Make Believe Show

Mr Beep is a children’s magician with experience at private parties, schools and playgroups, social club children’s events and commercial store and shopping centre promotions. His preferred audience is three to ten-year-olds. Mr Beep's routine relies heavily on colours, numbers and story telling. Most of his effects use objects that are familiar to children .... beach buckets, balls, colouring-in books etc. Sometimes Mr Beep is assisted by his rotund but lovable ventriloquist pal, Rollie or Artie from Antarctica. Artie is a penguin with attitude!! And he has a great repertoire of new, silly and favourite songs and jokes for the kids to enjoy! Although there is a slight educational overlay to his act, Mr Beep insists that his emphasis will always be on fun !!

• Billy Whitton is the consummate lounge performer. He will ease you back into last century with his smooth vocal stylings and vast repertoire of Jazz standards, 60's pop, and laid back rock classics. (The photo we have up of a person playing guitar is Billy Whitton

  Velvet

  Velvet is an ‘easy listening’ acoustic duo comprising vocalist Amanda MacDougall and guitarist Joshua Combes. The pair has played consistently around Hobart and it’s surrounding areas for many years now.
  
  Employing a repertoire of music taken from the 60’s and onwards ensures a wide appeal with many audiences. They play a variety of styles including Rock, Folk, Country and Disco.

New Act - The Great Aussie Bush Show

The Great Aussie Bush Show is a bunch of friendly Aussie bush characters.  You’ll enjoy the singing, dancing, comedy interaction and the Grumpy Old Swagman is always trying to spoil the fun filled show.  You’ll also meet Kenny Kangaroo, Carla Koala, Penny Platypus, Edna Emu, Cocky Cockatoo and the whole show is hosted by Jackaroo Jack.  These friendly Bush Buddies will be performing the Fun and Fitness show for the Bush Olympics at the Royal Hobart Show.  With three life sized characters and four large hand puppets it’s a spectacular show that will thrill children from two to twelve years old.  With audience participation throughout the performance, children will have the opportunity to help Jackaroo Jack, and after the show the cast will meet and greet the audience.  Don’t miss the Great Aussie Bush Show at this year’s Royal Hobart Show.
