Southern Districts Concert Band has been enjoying music and entertaining Hobart for 20 years. Musicians of all ages and abilities make up the band, their one thing in common being a love of music!
Teenagers to seniors get together once a week to rehearse and learn from each other and put together a number of performances each year to entertain at a variety of community events and festivals. The band has even travelled and played in Victoria and Singapore. They play a wide range of music and also have a swing ensemble!
